MINDSET
Â
Build a mindset that favours your lifestyle, role, purpose and natural abilities. Through my experience with clients, if you’re not working towards emotional wellbeing you can’t be truly healthy and well.
Connecting with the deepest part of yourself is such an essential part of our mental health. When we do, we get very clear and become very strong. We become lighter, more loving, more compassionate and also healthier.
Brian Tracy
"Look for the good in every situation, seek the valuable lesson in every setback, look for the solution to every problem. Think and talk continually about your goals"
What we know from neuroscience
Â
From looking at the brain scans of people that are always rushing around, who never taste their food, who are always going from one task to another without actually realising what they’re doing, is that the emotional part of the brain that drives people is on high alert all the time…
So when people think, “I’m rushing around to get things done”, it’s almost like, biologically, they’re rushing around just as if they were escaping from a predator. That’s the part of the brain that’s active. But nobody can run fast enough to escape their own worries.

"Life won’t always be perfect but there will always be perfect moments if you let them in. No one can take away our inherent ability to choose to see beauty in the small things in life"
Frank Ostaseski
"To be whole, we need to include accept, and connect all parts of ourselves. We need acceptance of our conflicting qualities and the seeming incongruity of our inner and outer worlds. Wholeness does not mean perfection. It means no part left out.

Conditioned safety is always looking for external conditions to give us safety. Safety is internal. The ability to have power and not seek any externalities. In total alignment with your power.
This is the power and mindset that no one can ever take away from you.
